Associate Director, Data Strategy and Omnichannel Enablement
MENARINI Group is seeking an Associate Director for Data Strategy & Omnichannel Enablement. The role involves leading the commercial data strategy, analyzing business questions, and partnering with various teams to drive digital marketing tactics and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead commercial data strategy in terms of sourcing, procurement, evaluation, analysis, and integration of existing and future data assets
Act as internal thought leaders in data assets: mastering the content, structure, meaning and intended downstream usage of our data assets
Analyze business questions and translate them into new requests for data, identifying the appropriate datasets, and generating database queries and summary data outputs for stakeholders
Partner with vendor partners and IT colleagues to drive the delivery of digital marketing tactics including project intake, process design, deployment, and performance reporting
Solve execution related problems and help drive tasks to completion within the timelines; negotiating or prioritizing tasks as required
Pioneer marketing pilots through upfront feasibility studies and data preparation; partner with operations team for implementation and back-end measurement of return on investment analysis
Provide support in analytics solution design, KPI development, performing ad hoc analytics as needed to support priority projects
Take complete ownership and work with minimal guidance to add value in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Must have a Masters degree in Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a closely-related quantitative degree
Must have 7 years of progressive experience in Analytics or Consulting positions within the pharmaceutical, healthcare management, and/or biotech industries
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Performing advanced data analytics
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Hematology/oncology and/or solid tumor analytics
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Working closely with IT, Compliance, HR, Finance, Medical Affairs and Commercial (sales, marketing, market access) partners
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources, such as Claims, EMR and other patient-level data sets
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Experience with payer data
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Presentation of statistical analysis results to a non-technical audience, including describing complex data topics in simple terms
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Managing complex projects, including as KPI dashboard buildouts
Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: Utilizing experience with: SAS, Alteryx, R, Python, Machine Learning Models, and SQL; Big data technologies: Hadoop, Redshift; and Front-end tools: Tableau, Qliksense, Power BI, and Veeva
