Responsibilities

Create and administer manufacturing plans for make and buy parts, materials masters, and planning tracking mechanisms
Collaborate with other disciplines including design engineering and systems engineering, build team, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance
Work with engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning
Utilize MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application

Required

Bachelors Degree
Experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including design engineering and systems engineering, build team, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance
Experience with Composite Fabrication including layup, bonding, and machining
Experience with engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning
Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application
Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years - required to apply and the ability to obtain and maintain special program access prior to start

Preferred

STEM Degree with 2 years+ work experience
Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery
Must have demonstrated effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully work with other team members including Operations, Production Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Planning and Engineering
Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future
Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success
Experience working with suppliers in an aircraft modification and manufacturing environment
