They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Property Assessment Specialist to conduct thorough inspections and light maintenance across residential properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards. This role involves identifying maintenance concerns and providing comprehensive inspection reports to support property upkeep and renovation needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct and prepare thorough inspections of both occupied and unoccupied residential properties
Capture detailed photos and provide detailed written documentation of property conditions
Utilize special equipment and tools to test and evaluate various property components
Verify the completion and quality of work performed by third-party vendors
Identify safety hazards, property damage, and potential future maintenance issues
Perform light maintenance including lock changes and small repairs
Post eviction notices on properties in compliance with company protocols and legal requirements
Create efficient commuting routes by prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency
Serve as the company’s representative in the field and meet with third-party individuals
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Possess strong attention to detail with an eye for residential maintenance
Have exceptional organizational and time management skills
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business minded and possess problem-solving skills
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient in using a smartphone, apps, and computer
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Sit, stand, and drive for extended periods of time
