Responsibilities
Managing triage intake ques in Smartsheet, Salesforce or other system tracking tool
Respond to requests using internal resource systems including email, Salesforce, Smartsheet, IDX, Symplr
Triage requests and process, assign/ route to appropriate team for action
Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations (CDO)
Process contract terminations
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Work is frequently completed without established procedures
Works independently
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Must be 18+ years of age or older
2+ years of relevant work experience in State of California Managed Care environment - IPA, Physician Office, Hospital Administrative or other Health Care related industry
Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
Experience working with SharePoint
Reside within the Pacific Time Zone
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Ability to follow directions
Able to work independently
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
