Qualification
Required
bachelor's degree in Information Technology

bachelor's degree in a field directly related to one or more of the functional areas assigned
eight (8) years of professional management and leadership experience in a position(s) of a similar scope and responsibilities
experience in Information Technology at the executive level of state and local government
experience in public sector management/administration
five (5) years of combined senior professional management and leadership experience developing, implementing, and managing goals and objectives
experience in developing work/strategic plans
experience in developing operating and capital budgets
Preferred
master's/advanced degree in Computer Science
