Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotel business transactions (BT)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and market analysis
Manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Lead business development initiatives by leveraging marketing strategies and technology solutions
Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance service delivery
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within the hospitality or related industries
Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technology-driven solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
Demonstrated success in technical or solution-based sales environments involving negotiation and analysis skills
Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships
