Start in 2026 SummerMonarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Summer 2026 Paid Employee Relations Intern to assist with employee relations efforts nationwide. The intern will focus on retention programs, evaluation of surveys, and coordinating outreach and volunteer programs.

Responsibilities
Supporting optimal delivery of Employee Relations services company-wide, generating experience in a diverse array of functions
Gaining competency with critical info systems and software, exposure to project management, employee engagement, and the data management
Assisting with the evaluation of various team programs, including but not limited to; retention programs, company and exit surveys
Supporting execution of various team programs, including but not limited to; community outreach, volunteer, award and anniversary programs
Qualification
Required
Applicants MUST be of Senior classification working towards a related degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Management/Marketing OR have recently graduated with a related degree to be considered
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening
