Responsibilities

Develop program assessment protocols, roadmaps, and plans that align with the company's strategic goals and support the organization's direction

Manage multiple projects, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met across the entire program lifecycle. This includes managing project interdependence and ensuring all project managers are working efficiently toward shared program goals

Develop and manage program budgets and funding channels, including resource allocation across various projects to maximize productivity and ROI

Identify potential risks and opportunities across multiple projects, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that may arise throughout the program life cycle

Act as a key liaison, communicating program objectives, goals, and progress to stakeholders, executives, and program directors. Manage expectations and ensure transparency regarding project decisions

Develop methods to assess program strengths, analyze data, and implement changes and interventions for continuous improvement
