UNIV - Program Coordinator II - Psychiatry: National Crime Victims Research & Treatment Center

Responsibilities
Responsible for the collection, organization, maintenance, and accuracy of data for all EQUIPTT program activities. This includes assisting in the administration of program evaluation and continuous quality improvement surveys for participants engaged in training activities; organizing and maintaining current and accurate databases; cleaning and preparing data for SPSS, and running analyses as requested by the Program Director. The PCII is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the program data and analyses, and creating regular, required data reports to share with funding agencies, as well as writing and submitting progress reports within the time period set by the granting agencies. The PCII ensures all project evaluation activities are completed within the specified timeline
Assist in technology development, which includes online asynchronous learning courses, mobile apps, web-based apps, and other digital resources, and serves as consultant to other centers in the National Child Traumatic Stress Network who are developing technology products
Assist in coordinating EQUIPTT training activities, including participant call schedules, maintenance of attendance records, inquiries from training participants, scheduling of make-up sessions, and communication to participants on a routine basis
Assist Program Director in budgetary oversight of the activities funded under the EQUIPTT Center. This includes assisting with the project budget, including evaluating expenditures to ensure they adhere to granting agency requirements and align with program goals and objectives
Responsible for collection, organization and accuracy of data for the DI Core of the COBRE Center, including assisting DI Core Director in writing and submitting required progress reports within the specified timeline, as well as providing administrative/logistic support for grant-related activities
This position also requires that the individual abide by and meet all division requirements and objectives, and conduct other administrative duties as assigned by the Program Director
Other duties as assigned. For example, conduct special projects at Program Director’s request; procuring necessary supplies; and making travel arrangements for staff or consultant travel for grant-related activities. Also, frequent review of goals/objectives for EQUIPTT and the COBRE DI Core to ensure activities are completed according to the timeline, and, when necessary, assist in developing changes to program goals if needed
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and two years relevant program experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
Personable with good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to provide technical assistance and training to staff and other participating partners
Ability to plan and organize work activities and prioritize task completion according to schedules and goals
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying policies and procedures
A strong work ethic. Minimal supervision; must be able to work independently
Preferred
Master's level degree in program evaluation, statistics, public health, psychology or related field is preferred
Experience in data collection, data entry, data management, data manipulation, data analysis, and report writing
Knowledge and experience in SPSS and CANVA is preferred
Knowledge and experience with Site Executive, RedCap, SurveyMonkey, as well as other survey software is preferred
Experience in developing and maintaining websites is preferred
