Monarch Investment and Management Group is offering a paid internship opportunity in multifamily housing operations for Summer 2026. The Property Management Intern will assist the Property Manager and gain experience in various roles including Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent, while being exposed to marketing and accounting aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

Act as a Jr. Assistant Manager directly assisting the Property Manager in all property related activities
Spend time during the internship in each role including but not limited to Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Maintenance, Grounds and Housekeeping
Have exposure to Marketing, Asset Management, Accounting and the Legal aspects of multifamily investment operations whenever possible

Be enrolled in an educational institution
Be working towards a degree related to Property Management
Passion for real estate
Ability to adapt to new environments and multi-task
Have good verbal and written communication
