Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, tailored to process manufacturing clients
Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to ensure solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices
Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance implementations
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of finance solutions with other business applications and systems
Provide expert-level guidance on Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Budgeting
Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 to meet unique client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on solution capabilities and best practices
Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features and advancements, continuously enhancing your expertise and providing strategic insights to clients
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional value through enhanced solutions
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards specific to the process manufacturing industry
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Over 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, with a strong focus on solution architecture and implementation in the process manufacturing sector
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules and a comprehensive understanding of process manufacturing workflows and financial operations
Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, multi-phase Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams of consultants and developers
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs
Preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications) are highly desirable
