Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with industry certifications such as, but not limited to, Cisco (CCNA, CCAI, and/or CCSI), C3, Network+, Security+, AWS (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, etc.), Microsoft (Azure Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, etc.), CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Cisco
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to work independently
Ability to analyze problems, identifies solutions, and take appropriate action to resolve problems while following college policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, students and the public

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Technology Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 18 graduate credit hours in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline
