Responsibilities
Drafting materials (marketing materials, pitch decks, client presentations, industry updates, etc.)
Building financial models (forecast models, valuation models, etc.)
Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
Conducting industry and company-specific research and due diligence
Identifying potential strategic and financial (e.g., private equity) buyers for our clients
Supporting the due diligence process of buyers, including managing online data rooms
Interacting with clients regularly, including attending client meetings
Assisting in the development of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships
Participating in the overall growth and culture of the firm
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in M&A, transaction advisory, corporate development, management consulting, and/or financial advisory
Strong academic performance with an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred
Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment
