Product Design
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of public safety projects including design, documentation, and construction
Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and staffing
Provide clear direction to project teams and ensure timely, high quality deliverables
Lead programming and planning discussions
Guide technical and operational decisions throughout the project
Review documents for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client needs
Serve as the day to day point of contact for police, fire, and municipal leaders
Support informed decision making through clear communication and strong presentations
Represent FGMA in client meetings, interviews, and community sessions
Coordinate architecture, engineering, technology, and specialty systems partners
Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams
Ensure alignment on project priorities, standards, and goals
Support the development of project architects and emerging professionals
Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities
Help build strong internal teams rooted in collaboration and trust
Qualification
Required
Skill in leading teams, coordinating consultants, and guiding clients
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A commitment to quality work and a collaborative culture
Preferred
Licensed Architect preferred
Experience managing complex civic or public safety projects
