District Sales Manager

Required

2–5 years of experience selling engineered products; proven track record in territory growth
Ability to read construction plans and specifications; understanding of pricing and P&L
Mechanical/technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of short- and long-term planning
Must live in the specified territory and within one hour of a major airport
Clean driving record and a newer personal vehicle suitable for transporting customers locally

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred by not required
Highly professional individual with integrity and strong work ethic
Excellent communicator with strong presentation and listening skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident with a commanding presence
Skilled negotiator and influencer with consultative selling experience
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, competitive nature, and resilience
Strategic thinker who can see beyond traditional sales channels and adapt to multiple cultures
Goal-oriented, motivated to exceed expectations, and eager to advance within the organization
