Developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates
Observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent
Overseeing change orders and the billing process
Supervising subcontractor performance
Ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements
Managing the start-up of the project
Reviewing costs against estimates for each total project
Updating labor productivity reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry
3 to 6 years' experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects of moderate scope
Willingness to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)
