Responsibilities

Prepare, coordinate, submit, and follow up on municipal applications throughout the approval process

Communicate status updates with clients, agencies, and internal teams

Research jurisdictional regulations and maintain up-to-date databases of key contacts

Coordinate meetings with municipal officials and public organizations

Represent Bohler and clients at agency offices, building trusted relationships with decision-makers

Deliver and pick up time-sensitive documentation and coordinate online submissions

Review submission packages for accuracy and completeness

Support project teams with permitting requirements and documentation management

Required
