Responsibilities
Ensuring that 3PL warehouse procedures are followed, and metrics are being met
Utilizing knowledge of SAP to perform warehouse transactions, allocation, and picking of material, as well as material availability and fleet shipment tracking
Providing exceptional customer service to NAVSUP and Navy and Marine Corps customers, resolving customer concerns related to parts shortages and prioritization of builds
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of sustainment operations, program execution, and warehouse logistics
Strong passion for building positive relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Ensuring that 3PL warehouse procedures are followed, and metrics are being met
Utilizing knowledge of SAP to perform warehouse transactions, allocation, and picking of material, as well as material availability and fleet shipment tracking
Providing exceptional customer service to NAVSUP and Navy and Marine Corps customers, resolving customer concerns related to parts shortages and prioritization of builds
Preferred
Familiarity with Sikorsky Rotor Head aircraft, specifically Bills of Material related to end item repair components
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Warehouse management
Customer service
Team oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
SAP Warehousing/Supply Chain
Basic understanding of DD1348 requisition system documents
Knowledge of Depot Level Maintenance and Overhaul and Repair services
