Business Developer – Commercial Landscape Services
Mariani Premier Group is building the premier outdoor living company in the country, and they are seeking a Business Developer to drive new commercial growth. This role focuses on winning new annual maintenance agreements and involves prospecting, strategic account development, and partnership building.

Responsibilities
Own new annual maintenance revenue and new logo acquisition
Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline
Prospect and hunt while also developing strategic accounts and partnerships
Partner closely with Account Managers and Operations on handoffs and execution readiness
Support growth of new service lines and verticals
Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting in Pipedrive
Represent Woodlawns in the market and build strong industry relationships
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of commercial business development or sales experience
Proven success carrying and delivering new revenue targets
Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills
Highly collaborative, team-first mindset
Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in CRM
Preferred
Experience in commercial landscaping or similar service industry preferred
