Regional Sales Manager
HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in SE Pennsylvania & Northern New Jersey. The role involves prospecting for new business, maintaining customer relationships, and utilizing the company's CRM system to enhance sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Prospect for new business at both end-user and dealer levels
Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships
Utilize the company’s CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers
Develop strong internal relationships with teams in credit, documentation, collections, and marketing
Initiate customer applications, coordinate closings, and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Construction Equipment sales experience is absolutely required
Proven track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related field required
Excellent communication skills, including written and phone interactions
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software
Commitment to providing stellar customer service and enhancing the customer experience
Strong motivation to grow a territory and build a robust book of business
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required)
A finance background is not required, but is a plus
