Responsibilities

Computer Systems Quality Documentation: Create and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and Info Sec standards

Computer Systems Validation (CSV): Author and execute protocols, IVI, SOP

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with infrastructure, Info Sec, and compliance teams to ensure audit-readiness

Preferred experience in Network Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues

Required

Create and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and Info Sec standards

Preferred experience in Network Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues

Windows: Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell

Experience with ticketing (ServiceNow, JIRA) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint

Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SNMP

Validation Tools: Document control systems, change management workflows

Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset

Excellent written communication for documentation

Self-starter with ability to work across teams

Preferred

Familiarity with ITIL, GMP Regulations

Experience in regulated industries preferred but not required

Experience with Intune System Administration, or other related tools

Basic Ubuntu System Administration Experience
