This role involves running reports, reviewing accounts, and communicating information to other units within the university.
Education
Responsibilities
Running and distributing a report of accounts that have closed in the OSPA database (aka, the closeout report)
Reviewing the sponsored project account based on specified criteria and documenting those in the report
Communicating information from the report to other UK units, and marking and moving the electronic files for record retention purposes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with Excel, electronic files
Sitting for long periods of time, repetitive motion related to computer work
Must be proficient with excel
Familiar with electronic files
Excellent attention to detail
Good organizational skills
