Maintaining accurate circuit tracking databases and coordinating provisioning

Managing relationships with federal agencies, vendors, and telecom providers

Scheduling and tracking deployments, installations, and activations

Supporting documentation, policy development, and budget forecasting

Troubleshooting voice and data circuit issues and coordinating with NOC and engineering teams

Ensuring compliance with USCIS infrastructure standards and operational procedures

Required

Experience in overseeing circuit logistics and EIS transition activities

Experience supporting documentation, policy development, and budget forecasting
