Responsibilities
Design and Deliver: training modules for the Leadership curriculum
Work closely with an assigned mentor to assist with creating learning content (Leadership Curriculum build-out
Help facilitate the Leadership Connectedness session for VPs and above
Help to create AI-enabled solutions to extend the range and scope of the OD function
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Completion of sophomore or junior year in an accredited undergraduate degree program with a 3.0/4.0 GPA at the time of application
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize thoughts and communicate clearly, completely, and concisely
Strong organizational and detail skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice
Proficiency in MS Office Suite®, with heavy emphasis on Word and SharePoint
Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship
Passion for learning the credit union industry
Being friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a genuine desire to provide extraordinary service
