The successful candidate will perform research in the lab, conducting chemical synthesis of peptides and documenting experimental data under the supervision of the Principal Investigator.

Responsibilities
Conduct lab chemical synthesis of peptides and peptide derived molecules
Test the compounds and collect their biological activities data
Report experimental data
Document data from lab experiments
Assist with lab duties including maintenance of instruments and apparatus, lab safety and lab cleaning
Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion with accuracy and detail
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biological Science is required
Knowledge of laboratory facilities, methods, equipment and materials
Knowledge of safe use and handling of chemicals in laboratory
Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Preferred
Experience in a research laboratory is preferred
