Responsibilities

Own projects from initiation through completion, serving as both Project Manager and Business Analysts for process improvement and software development initiatives, ensuring alignment to institutional priorities
Build strong relationships with business leaders and staff across departments to understand business needs and operational challenges
Facilitate structured discovery sessions and workshops to capture workflows, pain points, risks, and opportunities
Serve as a primary liaison between the business and technical delivery teams
Translate business needs into clear and actionable artifacts, including: Business requirements, Functional requirements, User stories and acceptance criteria, Process maps, workflow diagrams, and use cases, Data requirements and reporting needs
Define scope, objectives, success measures, and non-functional requirements (security, audit, compliance, performance)
Collaborate with PMO Leadership to ensure requirements align with scope, schedule, and deliverables
Work with internal development teams, third-party vendors, and IT stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and intended outcomes
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, validation, and issue triage
Validate that delivered solutions meet stakeholder requirements and are ready for production adoption
Analyze current-state workflows and recommend optimized future-state processes
Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining, such as: Workflow automation and approvals, Data integration and reduction of manual entry, Reporting improvements, Standardization of operational processes
Recommend non-software improvements when appropriate, including policy updates, process redesign, controls, and training
Produce clear and consistent documentation tailored to both technical and business audiences
Provide regular status updates and progress summaries to stakeholders and PMO leadership
Support change management activities such as training materials, job aids, internal communication, and adoption tracking
Ensure solutions align with internal controls, regulatory expectations, audit requirements, and security standards
Identify risks and dependencies early and document and communicate them clearly
Participate in governance processes such as project intake, business case development, and prioritization
Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures
Remain highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned
Work under high pressure situations in a stressful atmosphere while remaining composed
Provide a strong, compassionate and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects
Comply with federal and state regulations as well as all established Bank policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of business analysis experience in process improvement and/or software development environments
Experience gathering and documenting requirements for software development projects
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
Strong documentation skills (requirements, process maps, use cases, user stories, etc.)
Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties
