Automotive Sales Manager - Bob Rohrman KIA
Bob Rohrman Kia is seeking a motivated and data-driven Sales Manager to lead their high-performing Kia sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing the sales team, overseeing daily sales operations, and ensuring a positive customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the auto sales team to consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics
Oversee daily sales operations, including showroom management, customer engagement, and deal structuring
Use data and reporting tools to drive decision making and identify opportunities for improvement
Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience best practices
Ensure a positive, professional, and customer-centric sales environment
Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives
Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through delivery to ensure a smooth, transparent customer journey
Maintain high standards of accountability, ethics, and performance across the team
Represent the dealership brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualification
Required
Prior sales or supervisory experience is required
Proven leadership ability with a passion for coaching and team development
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic adjustments
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism and customer service focus
