They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Oversee cost accounting processes and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed
Provide financial insights to management for operational and strategic decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
