Responsibilities

Directly manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads accounts on a daily basis
Launch, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns end to end
Own six-figure monthly paid media budgets, including pacing and allocation decisions
Execute audience targeting, exclusions, and traffic quality optimization
Monitor performance daily and make hands-on adjustments to improve efficiency
Drive ecommerce growth across Shopify and Amazon
Optimize toward CAC, ROAS, payback, and long-term LTV, not vanity metrics
Support Meta-driven demand generation for Amazon in close partnership with Amazon PPC agencies
Own performance across the full ecommerce funnel from demand generation through conversion
Build and own a hypothesis-driven testing roadmap
Lead testing across creative hooks, formats, and messaging
Test audiences and traffic quality
Test offers, bundles, and entry points
Identify learnings that translate across DTC and Amazon
Make clear decisions on what to scale, iterate, or stop
Use ad performance data to guide creative direction
Write clear, actionable creative briefs informed by what is working in-market
Partner with creative teams and creators to iterate quickly and improve conversion and engagement
Establish tight feedback loops between ad performance and creative output
Own performance reporting and insights across ecommerce channels
Analyze acquisition efficiency, traffic quality, and conversion behavior
Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing to understand downstream subscription impact
Turn data into decisions, not decks
Collaborate closely with Hatchery leadership and immy stakeholders
Align paid acquisition with creative, lifecycle, product, and Amazon strategy
Build internal systems, documentation, and learning frameworks

Required

Five or more years in growth, performance marketing, or ecommerce acquisition
Hands-on experience directly managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end to end, including setup, optimization, testing, and budget pacing
Experience managing six-figure monthly paid media budgets
Strong understanding of audience targeting, testing, and efficiency optimization
Experience driving ecommerce growth across Shopify and Amazon
DTC, subscription, wellness, or consumer brand experience preferred
