Design
Responsibilities
Produce detailed 2D drawings, including:
Furniture plans and space layouts
Kitchen and bathroom plans, elevations, and sections
Custom millwork and cabinetry drawings
Create high-quality 3D drawings and renderings to support presentations and internal coordination
Translate design concepts into clear, contractor-ready documentation
Revise drawings efficiently based on feedback from senior designers
Maintain organized files and adhere to internal drafting standards
Work closely with designers and project managers to meet project deadlines
Participate in occasional in-office reviews and coordination meetings
Manage workload independently while staying aligned with team priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of residential drafting experience, ideally within high-end or luxury projects
Strong proficiency in 2D drawing (AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar required)
Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization (SketchUp or similar required)
Solid understanding of residential construction, kitchens, baths, and custom millwork
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
Comfortable working independently while taking direction and feedback
