Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

4–6 years of prior work experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, QA testing, and/or software development

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues

Curiosity and adaptability to evaluate and incorporate new technologies that enhance business operations

Understanding of digital transformation concepts and the ability to champion change management in technology adoption

Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to assess, test, and deploy AI-driven or automated solutions

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; able to align requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder communications accordingly

Project management skills to coordinate testing efforts, manage releases, and ensure quality deliverables

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office applications, and case management systems

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with business process automation, AI tools (e.g., natural language processing, machine learning, intelligent document processing), or data visualization platforms
