Responsibilities
Assist with interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers with an emphasis on providing a quality candidate experience
Support the Talent team with administrative tasks (benefits, onboarding, etc.)
Assist the Daxko Culture Committee with event planning and activities to engage our team members
Provide administrative support for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
Drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement through intern projects

Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level program – HR, Business, or preferred
Passionate about inclusion and diversity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be tech-savvy (Social media platforms, MS Office, Slack, Zoom)
Willingness to learn and open to professional growth
Must be available to work 20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
