Define and drive enterprise change strategy
Advise leaders on change impacts and readiness
Integrate OCM into ERP and transformation programs
Shape governance, sponsorship, and adoption strategies
Influence senior stakeholders through ambiguity
Support OCM and business readiness for Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process transformation within manufacturing environments
Qualification
Required
Senior-level OCM experience in large transformations
ERP or enterprise systems change experience
Strategic mindset beyond communications and training
Experience with Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing, including process impacts, change implications, and adoption strategies
Preferred
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
