Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement an exciting resident program to meet individual needs within the community as well as through outside trips and events
Oversight of, and coordinates, all transportation
Ensure that all programming meets all state, federal and other regulations
Qualification
Required
Certification required per State requirements
MUST have AL experience
Good written and oral communication skills
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and its applications
Be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
Experience developing and implementing programs
Ability to build and lead a cohesive, successful team
Preferred
