Property-level financials quarterly or monthly
Review property-level financials
Property updates (sale, refinance, partner buy-out, etc)
Track interest for the applicable entities
Preparing investor reporting
Collect K-1s for the Fund tax returns
Monitor equity contributions, distributions, and cost basis changes
Prepare a weekly report on current bank balances for all bank accounts
Document standardized workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Identify opportunities to streamline data flow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
3-7 years of experience in property accounting, fund accounting, or real estate investment accounting
Preferred
CPA preferred
