Business Office Manager (BOM) and HR/Payroll Coordinator
Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Business Office Manager responsible for the billing and collection process of the community’s revenue as well as administering HR and payroll functions. The role includes counseling residents on financial responsibilities and assisting with recruitment and retention of employees.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the billing and collection process of the community’s revenue in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles, state and federal regulations, Administrative policies and procedures and as directed by the Administrator
Record census, cash, and revenue, counsel residents and responsible parties regarding their financial responsibilities and maintain documentation of collection efforts
Responsible for administering and performing human resources/payroll functions to the community in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles relating to operations, state and federal regulations, and as directed by the Administrator
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees
Qualification
Required
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in a long-term care business office or other related healthcare setting
Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year(s) experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration
Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers' compensation & unemployment
Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through HRIS software
