Responsibilities

Generate qualified pipeline for our AE team through outbound prospecting into marketing, compliance, data security, legal, and privacy teams at companies of all sizes
Research and identify prospects who are navigating privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and emerging state laws
Craft personalized, thoughtful outreach
Qualify prospects based on goals, challenges, and fit before passing to AEs
Build authentic relationships through creativity, curiosity, and genuine helpfulness
Stay current on privacy trends, regulations, and Osano's evolving product suite
Collaborate across the sales team in a pooled model, supporting multiple AEs
Contribute to our processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we build

Research prospects thoughtfully before reaching out
Evaluate whether Osano can deliver real outcomes before asking for a demo
Qualify for alignment, not just interest

Actively use AI in day-to-day work and experiment with better ways to engage prospects
Have an internal drive to be great and chase excellence
Generate qualified pipeline for AE team through outbound prospecting
