They are seeking a motivated Commerce Platform Intern to join their e-commerce technology team, providing hands-on experience in building scalable front-end and backend systems and cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and GraphQL
Build and optimize front-end applications using React.js and deploy them on Vercel for high-performance delivery
Assist in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices
Support data synchronization and integration with third-party systems
Collaborate with engineers to deploy and optimize applications on Google Cloud Platform
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables

Master's students not eligible

Applicants to this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Preferred with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, REST APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Willingness to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida for the duration of the program (10 weeks)
Real-world experience in front-end and backend development for e-commerce
Exposure to cloud computing, serverless deployments, and modern development practices
