Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger entries

Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate posting of all transactions

Process payroll for multiple small entities with attention to accuracy and timeliness

Assist with bookkeeping activities for a private office

Generate monthly financial statements and support internal reporting

Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures

Support year end external audits

Qualification

Accounting experiencePayroll processingMicrosoft ExcelERP systemsAP/AR familiarityAttention to detailConfidential information handling

Required

2+ years of general accounting experience

Familiarity with AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Comfortable handling confidential information across entities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)

Experience using payroll software similar to ADP, Paylocity, Kronos etc

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
