Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Resort Operations Host at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, where you will ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of the park. This role involves maintaining public areas, restrooms, and attractions to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and employees while working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

You will work in a specific zone within the resort, completing different key custodial functions to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service while promoting company values

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the resort, including trash management and restroom upkeep

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming public areas

Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal of waste

Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, including benches, tables, and handrails

Regularly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

Addressing any restroom-related issues promptly

Providing directions and information for guests when needed

Responding to guest requests for cleaning or assistance

Maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor

Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Ensuring walkways and public areas are free of obstacles and spills
