Responsibilities
Support high-volume EB-3 labor certifications (PERM) and I-140 immigrant petitions
File Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) requests through the DOL FLAG system
Assist with full PERM labor certification preparation
Track PERM case timelines and respond to DOL correspondence and audits
Help prepare and file EB-3 I-140s
Manage client communications throughout the process
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Highly organized
Comfortable managing multiple cases independently
Following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Appreciate accountability and clarity
Thrive in a team-first culture
Ability to focus and check work to ensure zero mistakes
Ability to file Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) requests through the DOL FLAG system
Assist with full PERM labor certification preparation
Track PERM case timelines and respond to DOL correspondence and audits
Help prepare and file EB-3 I-140s
Manage client communications throughout the process
Preferred
Experience in EB-3 PERMs and I-140s is appreciated but not required
