The Technical Trainer will provide technical training and create course materials tailored for MCI coaches, delivering training in various environments and assisting in the development of training resources.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training in a classroom and shop environment at various customer locations, MCI Academy and service centers

Assists in development of training materials and solicits input for new programs

Assists in scheduling training with customers

Assists in development of training videos and e-learning courses

Handles special assignments as required

Conducts classroom training, presenting training presentations to groups of technicians along with the demonstration of practical application of the skills taught

Conducts research as needed to develop or enhance training presentations

Maintenance of training records for all training conducted
