Sales Development Representative (Chicago)

LogicGate is a global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage prospective customers and drive growth. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and connecting high-potential prospects with Account Executives while gaining exposure to modern sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Prospect into target accounts using a multichannel approach (cold calling, email, social, and networking)
Research and map accounts to identify key stakeholders, business needs, and buying signals
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in our CRM to support forecasting and reporting
Develop a strong understanding of Risk Cloud, the GRC market, and our competitive landscape through continuous learning and collaboration with Marketing and Sales
Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes as we scale

Required

A genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in sales
Curiosity and motivation to learn the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-growing, early-stage company

Preferred

Prior SDR or startup sales experience
