Optical Lab Customer Service Associate 1st Shift (M-F 9am-5pm)
Walmart Canada is seeking an Optical Lab Customer Service Associate to join their team. The role involves responding to shipment-related issues, providing operational support, and communicating effectively with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Respond to shipmentrelated issues and requests received from stores by answering incoming calls emails and faxes identifying appropriate response to issue or discrepancy for example claims mislabels responding to or forwarding issue to correct location and preparing and maintaining reports logs and other paperwork for example time at station late job
Provide operational support by troubleshooting problem orders and physically locating and tracking movement of product through facility
Prepare and record all productsorders filled by outside optical labs by matching products to work orders recording orders in Optifact system creating order packing slips and packaging and shipping orders
Communicate with Customers suppliers and other WalMart associates verbally and in writing
