Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various module(s)

Strategic Consulting: Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. You’ll assess needs, propose alternative solutions, and advise clients on Workday best practices and process improvements

Project Leadership: Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines

Delivery Excellence: Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators

Mentorship & Knowledge: Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members. You'll contribute actively to our knowledge repository, sharing best practices and innovative deployment approaches

Deep Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures

Required

4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client

Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll in any SKUs

Proven ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live)

Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and proven ability to influence stakeholders, guiding internal and client discussions toward timely solution agreement

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change

Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements (<5% annually)
