Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for software projects

Develop RFP narratives and assist in procurement of IT solutions and services

Estimate project costs, plan and forecast timelines, and establish action plans

Create process models, swim lanes, sequence diagrams, and use cases

Organize and develop test plans and test cases in collaboration with business SMEs

Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and technical teams

Identify and escalate issues and risks promptly

Participate in strategic planning and IT initiatives as needed

Qualification

Required

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and process modeling

Experience with IT project planning, development, and implementation

Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, CMMI, etc.)

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio

Ability to draft RFP requirements and perform project-level analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Prior State government experience is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Project Management, or related fields
