Staffing Specialist
Life Style Staffing is seeking a Staffing Specialist to gain valuable experience in Human Resources and Customer Service. This role involves sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining client relationships, and managing various staffing processes.

Responsibilities
Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions
Creating onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes
Prepare and extend offers to select candidates
Recruit for qualified candidates using computer databases, networking, internet resources, media, and employee referrals
Supervise current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports
Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels
Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms)
Investigate Workers Compensation claims
Conduct site visits at clients as needed
Validate and process payroll in a timely manner
Perform interviews with potential candidate and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes and conduct all necessary background checks/reference checks
Document all applicant and client information correctly into applicant tracking system
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in leadership, relationship building, and critical thinking
