Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and providers
Answer questions related to claims, benefits, and policy coverage
Support claim adjudication inquiries and guide providers on claim submission and reimbursement
Resolve issues efficiently, striving for one-call resolution
Document interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service with high-volume inbound calls
Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication processes
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Medicare Supplement experience is a plus
