They are seeking an Operations and Marketing Manager / Brokerage Assistant to lead marketing efforts, conduct market research, and assist the brokerage team with various tasks. Responsibilities
Assist the brokerage team in day to day activity
Produce and maintain ownership research, sales/lease comps, and various databasing
General brokerage assistance including verifying zoning and municipal processes, demographics, traffic counts, employment drivers and produce timely client responsiveness
Build and maintain marketing materials such as property flyers, aerials, email blasts, tour books, pitch decks. Willingness to learn and become proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Manage tenant communications and building management
Manage all office related activity and processes. Be a utility player - other duties and assignments as they come
Qualification
Required
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to learn graphic design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for managing client data and creating detailed reports
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle project timelines and priorities effectively
