As an Associate Director of Paid Social, you will own the strategy and execution of Paid Social campaigns, lead a team, and collaborate across various departments to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead campaign strategy, setup, and optimization with a focus on driving ROI and scale

Analyze performance data to inform decisions, optimize creative and targeting, and implement growth strategies

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Paid Social marketers into future leaders

Partner and communicate cross-functionally to deliver integrated acquisition strategies

Stay current on platform updates, competitive trends, and emerging tactics

Required

5+ years in Paid Social performance marketing (Meta required; LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, and others a plus)

Subject matter expertise with a proven ability to manage, optimize, and scale large direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns

Strong analytical skills — Excel, Tableau, Power BI

Deep understanding of paid social advertising and a passion for results-based innovation

Preferred

Leadership experience is preferred but not required
